The MD Offshore Competency and Performance Review (PR), is used to evaluate and identify areas of improvement, job suitability, or the promotion of an employee. Periodic reviews are undertaken during the course of operations to ensure compliance and effectively monitor the quality of our employee placement to Client worksites
